The title of this post doesn't even convey how excited I am ahhhhhh!
A few weeks ago I entered this Photography competition;

Photographer Rankin, art director Tuuli and fashion showcase On|Off are seeking young emerging fashion photographers to take part in an exclusive exhibition at Rankin’s Annroy Gallery in London and to feature in On|Off’s limited edition Fanzine.

In order to be considered for the comptition you must submit 20 images of your most innovative work to Rankin. Ten to fifteen photographers will be shortlisted with selected photographers going on to have three pieces of work exhibited in September/October 2011 at the Annroy Gallery located in Kentish Town (London) and featured in the On|Off Fanzine to be launched on 15th September and available during London Fashion Week.

So at about 1:30 this afternoon I opened up my emails and I saw one from Liza@Rankin and got half excited but I figured that there was just something wrong with my entry, when I saw this...

Dear Abbey-Jade,

Congratulations Rankin & Tuuli love your work & would like to exhibit one
of your images in their forthcoming exhibition in conjunction with On/Off.
The images for consideration are attached.

Cue excessive jumping, pulling of shocked/excited faces and inability to breathe... THIS IS SO EXCITING
OH MY GOSH
MY WORK WILL BE FEATURED IN RANKIN'S GALLERY IN LONDON!!
I haven't stopped smiling all day this is the most amazing opportunity! I really hope I get to meet him too, I'd probably turn into a nervous wreck though haha! But shit, as if they want to use one of MY photographs!

This has definitely boosted my confidence and I can't wait to go down the London on the 16th to see the exhibition! Hopefully my Step-dad's coming with me because I'll end up dead or something if I go by myself haha!
